2010 JDF Lacrosse registration will be on January 16th/17th and January 23rd/24th at the Westshore Town Center.

Saturday, Jan 16th and 23th    10 am - 3 pm
Sunday, Jan 17th and 24th     12 pm - 4 pm


Last Chance at Registration!

We will be having one final registration date for Juan De Fuca Lacrosse, this will take place during a City Wide Registration Drive at Mayfair Mall on Saturday Feb 13, 2010 from 12-4 in the parking lot off Finlayson and Blanshard.   This will be the last opportunity to register for Lacrosse this season. Please bring the following with you to Registration:

All Players	2010 Data Collection Form (also available at registration Soon to be available here online
New Players	Photocopy of the player's birth certificate and medical card
All Players	Post-dated cheque for $100 for jersey deposit, postdated to September 1, 2010
All Players	Registration fees, see above for amounts.
All Players	Fundraising portion of registration.  You have one of two options:   - Option 1: Pay a flat fee of $45, no chocolates to sell.  - Option 2: Purchase a box of chocolate bars for $90, sell the entire box and recover the full amount.
Optional:	Tryout Fees:  Players wishing to try out for the "A" teams in Novice, Peewee, Bantam or Midget, are charged an additional $25 to cover box time and incidentals.   To be paid in cash, or via cheque if added to the main registration cheque and not post-dated.
Goalies:	Goalie gear deposit, if borrowing JDF goalie gear.   Amount will vary based on equipment borrowed.  Contact the Equipment Manager for more information.  May be paid post-registration, upon receipt of goalie gear.

Notes: 
• Unfortunately fees had to be increased due to higher arena costs and less gaming funds received.
• Late Registration (after Jan 24 ) will be an extra $20.
• We can no longer accept CHEQUES for ANY try-outs that are paid separately from registration.....we get a fair amount of NSF cheques back each year and we are trying to streamline the time consuming collection process.
• All fees must be paid in full by March 1, 2010. If post-dating your cheques, please check at registration booth as to the allowable dates.
• Any past due amount from the previous season that has not been paid due to an NSF must be paid in full by certified cheque/money order only as well as the coming seasons fees-no exceptions. We have sent two letters out as well as emails and unfortunately there are still outstanding payments out there~again this is to streamline a very time consuming task. Those that have NSF payments outstanding will receive a letter in the
mail shortly, with instructions for payment. Please see either Ginny Barlow or Christine Mavin at the registration table, discretion assured.
• Please do not write DONATION or SPONSORSHIP on the memo portion of your business account cheque if this is how you would like to pay for your child's registration-it is for lacrosse registration, many thanks.
• Families with multiple children registered will receive a $5 discount per child for second and subsequent registrations.
