The dates for the Travis Bateman Tournament  are: May 24-26 2013


Travis Bateman was a member of the Intermediate ‘A’ Shamrocks that won a bronze medal at the 2001 Intermediate provincials in Burnaby as well as a member of the 2002 Gold medal team that won its first ever Provincial title for the Intermediate Shamrocks and the last major championship in Victoria’s old Memorial Arena before its destruction.

On July 16, 2003, Travis Bateman passed away due to injuries sustained in a car accident.  Since 2004, JDF Lacrosse has hosted the Travis Bateman Memorial Tournament annually in his honor.
