Wanted! Head Coach for Field

We’re Looking for a Head Coach - JDF Field Lacrosse 

With Field Lacrosse season just around the corner, we’re currently seeking a volunteer Head Coach to lead our JDF Field program!

This is a key leadership role within our association, and we’re looking for someone passionate about the game, committed to developing players, and ready to help guide the continued growth of field lacrosse at JDF

Duties of the Head Coach - Field:
• Develop and present on-floor programs and establish team play guidelines
• Attend all Executive Committee meetings
• Ensure coaches are aware of upcoming coaching clinics and assist with registration
• Hold regular coaches meetings
• Prepare a list of recommended coaches for the season and submit for Executive approval
• Assist with player evaluations
• Act as a liaison between team coaches and the Executive Committee
• Prepare a report for the Annual General Meeting
• Report directly to the President
