3:30-4:00 PM - Member Check-In
4:00-4:30 PM - JDF Lacrosse Annual General Meeting
4:30-5:30 PM - Player Awards Presentation
During the AGM, the Westshore Bears will be hosting an on-field lacrosse practice for player award recipients, allowing parents to attend the meeting while their players participate in an organized lacrosse session. Sorry we are unable to accommodate any siblings at the session for insurance reasons.
Following the AGM, families will come together for our annual Player Awards Presentation to recognize the achievements and contributions of our athletes.

Please note that nominations will not be accepted from the floor at the AGM. All nominations must be submitted to the Nominations Committee by the deadline above.
The list of confirmed nominees will be distributed to the membership prior to the AGM.
AGM Agenda and Documents
Additional documents, including financial statements, Board reports, and previous AGM minutes, will be made available as they are finalized.
A second AGM notice will be distributed in the coming weeks with additional information and supporting documents.
We encourage all members to attend the AGM and take part in the continued growth and development of JDF Lacrosse.
